- Customer pickup—we do not deliver. Arrive only within the pickup and return times on your confirmed reservation. Pickup and return are available 24/7 in that window after owner review, signing, verified payment and separate confirmation.
- Complete verification, signing, and payment first. Keep your reservation confirmation and pickup instructions available on your phone.
- Use the private pickup code released by the owner with your pickup instructions. Payment alone does not release a code. Keep the code private.
- Find the 28-foot Fun Box trailer in Spot 7. Take a walkaround video for your records before hooking up. Check the included totes, hand cart, straps, and moving blankets.
- Confirm hitch (yours or the $15 rental), chains, breakaway, lights, and brake controller. Final fit is checked before release.
- Exit, relock the gate, and follow the owner's pickup instructions. Return by the agreed deadline shown on your confirmation.
Use your own compatible 2-5/16-inch hitch, or the provided hitch if you selected the $15 rental. Exit the yard, close the gate, and put the padlock back on. Safe travels!
