The Fun Box collects the name, email, mobile number, requested dates, package and message you provide when asking about a rental. Private intake can also collect your mailing address, driver and tow-vehicle details, and requested license and insurance documents. Agreement signatures and rental and payment records are kept with the request.

PayPal processes payments made through PayPal. Do not send credit-card photos or card details through our inquiry form, intake page or text messages.

We use these details to review availability and rental requirements, coordinate rentals, provide document copies, respond to questions and maintain rental records. Website records can include request source, timestamps and technical events used to operate and protect the service. Sign-in sessions and browser storage support owner access, form continuity and request attribution.

Private intake and document links should be shared only with their intended recipient. Do not post these links publicly.

Service providers for hosting, private storage, email and messaging process information to operate these services. Information you enter in PayPal is also subject to PayPal’s Privacy Statement.

We retain rental and consent records as needed to operate the service, resolve rental issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email admin@thefun-box.com. We review each request, including any records we must retain.

When available, you can choose Google Maps address suggestions in private intake. Street search text is sent to Google to retrieve suggestions. We save the address you select and confirm with your rental information, including your apartment or unit. You may instead type or correct the address manually. A suggested address has not been independently validated.

Use of this optional feature is subject to Google Maps Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Text updates are optional. We use the name, mobile number, rental-request information and messages you provide to respond to questions and coordinate your requested rental. Messaging service providers process these details to operate the service. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent records are used to honor your choices and opt-out requests. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. Do not text license, insurance or payment-card photos; use the private intake page for requested documents. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
