The Fun Box sends customer-service and reservation-related texts to customers who opt in. Messages can concern availability, missing rental information, invoice or reservation status, and pickup coordination. These are not marketing messages.

A reservation request or text message does not confirm a booking. The owner separately reviews availability, payment, documents and the agreement. Rental terms are provided separately.

On the reservation request form, enter your mobile number and select the optional text-updates checkbox to opt in. The checkbox is not selected by default. Consent is not a condition of renting. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, email admin@thefun-box.com, or call 844-FUN-BOX1 · (844) 386-2691. After opting out, reply START to the messaging number if you wish to resume texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please use email or phone for assistance if a message does not arrive.

Do not send payment-card, license or insurance photos by text. Use the private intake page for requested documents. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect your information, including SMS consent data.
